For the competition for the new ewl site, the city of Lucerne, the abl, general building cooperative Lucerne, and the ewl have invited tenders for a new security and service centre including apartments. The area is to become a mixed and sustainable showcase quarter for living, working and leisure. We were able to support a total of 4 planning teams with our visualizations.

In the "Sagenmatt" area, on the site of today's AMAG Autozentrum on Luzernerstrasse in Ebikon, rental apartments, offices, studios and stores will be built over the next few years. Integrated in the concept: a mobility concept for future residents. We provided a detailed marketing axononmetry to dive in.

Redesign of the Area Hotel Intercontinental, Wiener Eislaufverein, Wiener Konzerthaus. For some time now we have been able to accompany the project www.heumarkt-neu.at with visualisations, planned by Isay Weinfeld and Sebastian Murr for a prominent site in Vienna. Our task has been to present the newly emerging public space in the different times and types of use of this complex urban design.

Visualizations für SENN Development to illustrate their project "Stenna Flims" for online use and for marketing spaces to potential tenants. Via http://stennaflims.ch/projekt/: With the STENNA project, a new district is being built where previously there was only a bridge. The buildings are intentionally unobtrusive. Horizontal slabs pay tribute to tectonics of the encompassing mountains. The new center will blend harmoniously between the existing village parts. A parking lot with 1283 parking spaces makes for a generous platform. This creates an exterior space with a public square between the three residential buildings and the main building, which can be used all year.

The project "Opale", designed by Lacaton & Vassal Architects/Paris and developed by SBB Immobilien, is located directly at the newly designed Chêne-Bourg railway station in Geneva. The high transparency and multi-layering of the building with external balconies, which include glass sliding elements as well as sun protection blinds in various colors, add to the appeal of the buildings and the difficulty to portray them.
