Architectural visualizations for a residential real-estate development in New Rochelle. Via https://www.maparchitects.com: The Printhouse is a six story mixed-use, new construction project on Huguenot St. in New Rochelle. Replacing an existing printing warehouse and retail space, the new building will be 90% market rate rentals and 10% affordable units. To target the millennial generation, the design is heavily influenced by integrated technology. Located along the MetroNorth Railroad corridor, its proximity, 30 minutes from New York City, will attract young professionals looking for an affordable alternative.

TEAM Boltshauser, Pool & Caruso StJohn Architekten, 16.133
The Real Estate Team around HRS and the Architectual Offices Pool, Boltshauser and Caruso StJohn won this highly decorated competition for the new Hardturm Stadium in Zurich, inkluding two skyscrapers (the tallest ones in Zurich) with offices and appartements, as well as an appartement block for the ABZ housing association. We worked for over one month on the images, which is a lot for competitions, but shows how well organized this big team was.
The open competition for the new Guggenheim Museum in Helsinki will long be remembered as one of the architectural onslaughts of recent years. Our contribution for Zurich based Peter Moor Architects didn't quite make it to the finals, but it did make it into the gallery of our rendering software of choice. Which to us something like the grand Hall of Fame.
