The building cooperative ABZ, Kraftwerk 1, Senn Resources AG, Grün Stadt Zürich and the Amt für Hochbauten der Stadt Zürich were awarded the contract for the four project competitions of partial perimeters A, B, C and Quartierpark of the Koch Area. Around 340 non-profit apartments for 900 people, commercial areas and a public quarter park are now to be built on the Koch site, all according to the "2000-watt society". The City of Zurich acquired the site from UBS AG in 2013. The winning projects for the three buildings and the Quartierpark are now available. We were able to support seven architectural offices in this competition with our architectural visualizations.
